This is a great T-shirt, I have to admit, though not sure how many times in a year you could get away with wearing it. Geez, you must be 107 by now!

So, for my birthday, I am finally going to the chiropractor.

Rephrase, I woke up at 4 a.m. in terrible pain. On the drive home last night from the good fun of painting pottery, a wrong turn of my head brought on the quick neckpain and a killer associated headache. In the middle of the night, however, the pain killers wore off, and as I sat in front of my pc waiting for more to kick in, I considered how likely a pleading call to Dale in the morning would get me seen before we leave for Bermuda. I remembered her advice, though, that she thought a chiropractor my actually help me more right now, so I looked up some on my insurance plan, and made an early morning call.

Thus, I now have a 3 p.m. appointment Friday. Lasting from now until then will be the fun part. Pills and application of heat for about an hour, got me back to sleep. I woke up barely able to turn my head to the right, though. There’s no getting out of work tomorrow day or night shift, so I might as well just deal.

I am thankful, though, after talking to the chiropractor, that she is fitting me in, and that hopefully an adjustment will actually help me be pain-free for my long-awaited vacation.
