Day Seven – Stone Mtn

I’m sort of getting tired of saying, this was the coldest morning yet, but…

Apparently this is our last week as a really small group in the mornings, something like 50 people will be there Monday to start the next class rotation.

It was sort of fun to just have the four of us today, though. Today we did sprints with parachutes, two at a time. With a much bigger group, it might have gotten really cold waiting around for a turn, but this was a good rotation.

My calves, yeah… exhausted. Showered and lay back down with the heating pad wrapped on them. They seemed to hurt for so long, but by the time James’ had to get up for work, they were feeling much better. He tried to get me to stretch one last time before I lay down, but I was SO tired I told him I’d just dream about doing it.

That’s the other thing… rather than being energized by all this exercise, I find myself so tired all the time. Thought to write that in my book yesterday at one point when all I wanted to do was go take a nap, but knew I shouldn’t, so I’d remember to talk to the instructor about it. He suggested that I might not be drinking enough water to support my activity, because dehydration can make you feel tired. I may be drinking more than usual, but I probably need even more than that to feel better. As such, I’m going to shoot for at least 6 bottles a day.
