Apparently that “slip” hurt worse than I thought. On the spot, really it was only my right ankle, but after I sat around the house last night, I started feeling soreness elsewhere… left ankle, my knees, my back and even my neck. This morning my back is especially stiff and hurting. I guess you can’t just suddenly jar yourself like that and expect not to feel it later.

I don’t think anything is seriously hurt — even the immediately hurt right ankle is feeling better — but this is an overall soreness that I haven’t felt in a while. I feel bad for the other folks who don’t get next week off.
