… is so tired both eyes won’t focus at the same time
… has worn a beanie cap so long today that I feel the lingering squeezing on my skull over an hour after taking it off
… has a weird white dot on her tongue that hurts that has appeared in the last 15 minutes
… has nothing good to say about having children to deal with around a shoot site when it is below freezing
… thinks a port-o-potty might be a good Southern Pyro investment
… thinks only the girls would invest
… still hears ringing in my ears, not from the fireworks but from the random quarter-stick of dynamite we set off when we got home just to wake up the kids to watch the Times Square new years
… thinks she’ll sleep like the dead tonight
… is happy we didn’t stay in the cold to clean everything up tonight
… has never before tried to wind up extension cords that are coated in ice
… thinks in the morning she’ll wish we’d cleaned up last night
… wishes she could have seen Rob Skipworth dressed up as the New Years baby for 2009
… remembers fondly New Years eve’s with adult beverages
… can already tell she’s going to be sore in the morning
… probably ought to walk away from the laptop and go to bed
