i hate broadcast tv
What the hell happened to Tru Calling tonight? It’s not on at 8, when it’s supposed to be. Instead, I check at 9 and its already on. Must have come on at 8:30. Let’s just put whatever on whenever we want. We don’t care if people actually try to watch this stuff. It’s probably already in the hopper to be cancelled anyway.

because W had his news conference on tuesday night, the folks at fox were like, “well, people can’t live without their new episodes of crap, so we’re going to screw the schedule for the rest of the week and people will just have to double check when things are going to come on.” the normal hour-long tuesday show of american idol was pushed to wednesday and the halfo-hour results show came on tonight (instead of last night like it should have). thus, Tru Calling came on a half-hour later than usual, screwing whatever show usually comes on after it and that’s why they are doing a half-hour simpsons episode right now.
you’d think with all this ball-busting work i wouldn’t know dick about tv anymore. especially tv that i don’t really watch (save Tru Calling).

The networks have really been doing this a lot to screw up people trying to TIVO their shows. It makes me want to kill. Especially when they start a program 10 minutes late so that TIVO cuts off the ending.
