It took 10 minutes, but looks like the roomie situation is “stable” for now. They came to an agreement, but I think the whole thing has made Horace wary.
Further note to self… Damn it, remember to go to the gym! Whether you take the “personal trainer for hire” or not. His prices are steep anyway… laundry sucks.
