deja vu all over again
Guess what ride I didn’t get to ride… again. Never, not once since it was built has it actually be open and running when I’ve gone to Six Flags. Thing is… I think if I go and it is open, I’ll just skip it. It doesn’t want me to ride it? Well, I don’t want to ride it anyway. Nah!
Little drizzle kept the crowd down, but it all dried up soon enough. Everything opened up except Deja Vu and the Mindbender. Love that last week when kids are back in school….

I especially liked the Flat Tire ride… it was very life-like.

Wait… you’re not local, so you probably wouldn’t know. It’s the ride called “Deja Vu”. This is my…. 5th? 6th? consecutive trip to Six Flags since the ride was built that is has been closed for the day when I was there. I KNOW people who have ridden it. I even waited in line to ride it once, for almost two hours, only to have it close down due to technical problems. It’s a hate/hate relationship with the evil thing. Ironically, someday I’m sure I’ll die a horrible death, having been flung off some evil amusement park ride, perhaps when I’m 75 or so and I finally manage to pick a day when that ride is running and ride it.

Yes, very life like. The rushing traffic really made that one exciting. I think I like it even better than that ride from a couple years ago… remember? The line?
