You know…

As things get busier at work, with the restored migration happening, I’ve gotten more scheduled calls with Account Managers and customers to attend, such as the one this afternoon… honestly, it’s been a while since I’ve been asked to be live on the call with the customer, probably since I wasn’t 100% familiar with the new product and they were afraid I’d suggest things they couldn’t do.

Anyhow… the point is, the increasing phenomena of having to take notes on a phone call has caused me to realize what I really need for Christmas: legal pads & ink pens, if for no other purpose than to avoid another afternoon of metallic silver pen writing on envelopes. Of course, as soon as I get another pack of ink pens, Motley will resume her picking them off one by one and hiding them whereever she does. Someday, someone in the house is going to move a piece of furniture and find a dragon’s hoarde of pens.

Also (vent), I’m tired of the VPN being hit or miss. I’m backed up enough on Remedy Tickets, thank you, I’d LIKE to be able to log in to the system to work on them. *grumble*
