Another great Star Trek moment…
Start Trek: TNG Season 1, Episode 25 – The Neutral Zone. The crew encounters Romulans for the first time, and who should I spy with my little eye but Marc Alaimo… aka. Gul Dukat from Deep Space 9… appearing as one of the Romulan Commanders. SO many folks loved Star Trek enough to play multiple characters in the universe over the years. Michelle Forbes, for instance… Dara, from S4, Ep22 – Half a Life, later becomes the regular, Ro Laren… Ensign Ro.
*sigh*
Know any more right off?
oooh! Diana Muldaur…. Dr. Pulaski was in two Original series episodes.

Oh, they reused lots of people all the time. Who was it who played Wayooung on DS9? He also did Liquidator Brunt, and some friend of Quark who wanted a holocharacter made from Major Kira, and was on Voyager as the runner of the ultimate fighting tournament where 7of9 (aka Breasts of Borg) had to fight The Rock. Martok played another fighter in that episode. Quark played a ferengi on TNG. Neelix was a holodeck character in First Contact. Tuvok played a vulcan on Generations. Tom Paris played a disgraced cadet in a TNG episode (liked the character so much they used it in Voyager, and the same actor got the part). Luxanna Troi was the computer voice, and was on TOS. How about the guy who’s now famous for being the sexy Kim on Lost? He played a alien astronaut from a time-twisted planet in Voyager, and then was a MAACO on Enterprise.
How about the guy who played the Nazi boyfried of Torres on the holodeck in Voyager, and then played a Nazi guard over Captain Archer in Enterprise?
I don’t watch *too* much Star Trek, do I?

There’s no such thing as watching too much. Although, confess… didn’t make it through watching Enterprise on tv.
BUT.. that aside, don’t you love it when you spot someone playing a character you’re not used to them playing? It just tickles me.
