mah head asplode
It is 3:40 pm. I have done nothing for work today except try to decipher pages and pages of my own chicken-scratch in order to write 17 follow-up emails for the appointments I’ve had in the past two days. Each email details a list of things we discussed in our appointment which I am supposed to do for said agent, then contact them when it’s done.
My mind just blew, because I realized if I just spent the bulk of this day writing up my “to-do” list, when I am supposed to actually do the work? This is a week’s work I just promised out, when I don’t have a week to spare.
I have got to restructure my thinking at these appointments. Busy I like. Overwhelmed I can only juggle for so long before I snap and people begin to get hurt, or worse, neglected which could lead to bad feedback about me.
Have to stay on top of the wave, but need a break. Or at least a shower.

No, i’m afraid I’m legally obligated to give those things to my husband first. However, you might be able to con some stuff out of him. I’m sure you’d appreciate the animals on a stick collection at least.
So, you guys heading to our house tomorrow or what? We’re hoping you’ll spend Saturday and Sunday night with us!

Change of plans, madame. We’re loafing here for a few more days to play Entropia Universe and DAOC (and maybe some Fable). We’ll meet up with you during the week if that’s cool.

Bearing in mind nobody is home here during the days Tues-Weds-and Thurs now, remember I also work Wednesday nights and James does gaming night. Why not go ahead and loaf another week and show up next Saturday night.
