We love our internet connection in the rain.
“Bellsouth has just been the most reliable ever,” said one person. “I can’t wait to see what AT&T does to them!”
“It makes me feel good everytime I pay the bill online,” said another. “Or at least try repeatedly to pay the bill online. It was raining, and it kept timing out. Who knew the internet was so sensative to rain?”
“At least it’s Friday,” said another random made-up person in another random made-up quote.
Yet another random made-up person was unavailable for comment, as the interview was attempted via an instant messenger service that kept disconnecting.
Tomorrow it’s time to dust off the acid washed jeans, tease the hair, and triple-up on the layers of blue eye-shadow, as we hit the 80s dance party for Nicola’s birthday. I wonder, do they still sell wine-coolers? Need to pick up a four-pack if they still do such a thing. That would be authentic to MY 80s experience at least.
