Well, it was about time
Apparently, using your blender to crush ice to create your own frozen coffee blend (or any other frozen beverages I assume, smartasses) triggers the glass break on our alarm system, which wouldn’t have been a problem if I hadn’t been keeping it set during the day even though I was home.
Must remember to ask sis why the monitoring company called my cell phone before they tried the home phone….
Crisis averted. Coffee confection completed. Back to work.
PS. Unexpected alarm sirens almost were enough to replace that caffeine jolt I was craving to keep going. Woot.
