Oh and…

In case I haven’t said this before, which I don’t believe I have here… I can’t express how awesome it was to meet a long lost niece recently. Not only is she polite, funny, and quite a cutie, she is also on the path to college for a degree in Art! There was just some kind of weird instant bond on that account. She swiped a freaking construction cone from the Georgia Aquarium on her visit, which is to become part of a larger art project of hers. She takes cones and then decorates them for where they came from. I’ve told her I expect photos of the “Atlanta cone” ASAP. Her myspace has a photo collage she calls “Vandalizing Target” which is just snaps of her and friends trying on clothes and generally having fun in a Target store — very Cheeseposse-esque if I do say so myself. She is so related.

Just today I also had occasion to send a little art project her way, too. If she has the time to help me out, it could net her a little dough and help me continue to just beam at the flow of creative talent in the family.
