A few things…
1) My dreams of late suck.
2) JT’s grandfather is back in the hospital, and we have little news.
3) Work this week consists of 3 outside projects to finish, and they are all frustrating me.
4) After many times suggesting it, tonight JT and I grabbed Krystal and went to paint pottery…. and he didn’t totally hate it.
5) Pottery was fun, and a much needed break, but no substitute for getting to ride the bike afterwork. But, with the time change, that is what weekends are for.
6) I think I need to make another doc appointment… or maybe just an eye-doc appointment… I’m getting nasty headaches again that last for days.
7) Directions to our house are in the mail for the Florida brother.
8) A birthday card is in the mail to the Tennessee Brother, whom I hope to actually hook up with for dinner next Tuesday night while I’m in Knoxville for work.
9) I’m glad my work trip didn’t conflict with the Pumpkins rescheduled date, though it was close.
10) We are going to have a massive houseful of people for Thanksgiving from my side of the family, which scares us already. Worse, we are pondering the feasibility of inviting some of JT’s family down for a day trip so everyone can finally meet. This really will be practically my entire family here for Thanksgiving.
11) Tonight, I told JT I had picked out $140 platinum necklace that would make a great Christmas present for me, until I realized I’d rather spend that money on Playstation stuff. He said it was things like that which made him know he’d married the right woman for him.
Yeah, it’s my rut, but I’m comfortable in it right now.
Phone…. perhaps we’ll have news from the hospital.

Any news on the grandfather? I hope things are going well. It’s so tough to deal with a loved one in the hospital. I know how you feel.
Squee! Houseful of people on T-giving! Fun! I wish our tiny trailer was a big house so we could do that! I’m sooooo looking for when we move… *sigh*
I hope your work trip will go well and you can visit with friends and family too. The concert should still be lots of great fun, too.
I HATE headaches. Are they migraines? Have you tried inhaling any essential oils at all? I love lavendar a lot, it really helps to relax and take some of the pressure off. A lavendar-sage eye pillow helps cool and relax me so I can sleep. There’s also a great migraine forehead patch made by WellPatch that you can get that has eucalyptus and peppermint. You just apply it (it’s self-sticking) and relax. It helps a lot. Just some things that work for me with my migraines. Try a cool (or cold) dark room.
lol about the necklace. Ed and I laugh about stuff like that all the time. I usually prefer some sort of books or music or ps2 stuff, too! 😀
