famous last words…

Well, my debilitating neck and shoulder pain this week has been mostly alleviated by a double-whammy of a massage appointment with Dale (attune-massage.com) and a chiro adjustment from Dr. Strange (The Centered Body). Nobody reads this who doesn’t already know, but… I can’t recommend these guys enough.

Today… finishing work. James is fetching lunch. Packing to be done. Mom’s computer stuff is being handled deftly by Pete and Joyce who are currently visiting her. I can move my arm comfortably again, and I’m all set for a weeks vacation to get going.

I’m sure this made no sense, it was so rushed, but suffice it to say.. updates for the next week will be unlikely. Maybe a tweet or two.
