In other news…
Finally taking the time to catch up posting in the fitness journal, but thought I’d take a moment to record some other things going on.
FINALLY the realization has hit me that it is JUNE and our party is JULY, so I’d better damned well get those invitations done. Sis and I are going back and forth a bit today to get the wording down, and I’ll be going out this evening to hunt down some paper and envelopes, so they should be out by no later than day after tomorrow. The toughest part is really going to be getting all my addresses together.
JamesT is once again slacking off at a weekday afternoon Braves game, probably in anticipation of his move to a new position mid-July which will be both fabulous in what he’s going to be able to accomplish but nightmarish in the potential headaches it will cause. In short, slack off while you can is his motto, and he’s doing pretty well at it!
In addition to our invitations, I’ve also got an info website to built, RSVP email addresses to set up, and hopefully a commemorative T-shirt or 2 to design and put on the SouthernLightsPyro site. Speaking of which, have I mentioned to any of you guys that it looks like we have already gotten 3 more paying pyro gigs off of that wedding shoot we did? Outstanding!
Anywho… back to work!

Wow! You guys are so busy. Good luck for your party in July. I’m sure I can tell you that again, but since you mention it, seems like a good time to say it now, too! 😉
A Braves game seems like a great way to goof off, at least to me! Good luck to JT in his new position. I’m guessing it’s a promotion? I haven’t read too far back in my notifications, and I’ve been off a bit, so I haven’t heard. That’s great! Congrats!
Congrats on the paying gigs on your site, too. That’s really awesome it’s paying off so well. You must be doing a great job. I’ll have to check it out when we get our other computer hooked up. Now that the electricity is back up and running, we have to have the other HD wiped clean. Once we do, we’ll have much better internet capability, so this laptop may go by the wayside…Not too sure about the logistics yet, but it will be a better compy to see sites like that where we can view graphics! 😀
