For the record…

The Quaker instant oatmeal which is labelled for “Weight Control”, which is supposed to be higher in protein and fiber than regular oatmeal, is nasty beyond words. It’s barely sweetened, which I can handle, but it tends to form into large, gel-like lumps which are simply unpalatable.

Nasty stuff.
