Gym Class
The NBC registration came with an 8-week pass to a Bally’s Total Fitness, the nearest of which to me is somewhere down Jimmy Carter Blvd…. joy … BUT JamesT suggested I check out this place based on an LJAtlanta post:

It looks like they have reasonable membership, but you don’t have to be a member to use the facility. You can just sign up for a block of classes or pay to use their gym for the day. The classes sound like just what I was looking for… at $50 for 12 it ought to make for the good instruction in proper form for Yoga that I was looking for.
