Is it Friday yet?
Unfortunately, the answer is no. It’s not Friday, yet. This has been the longest week. I’d forgotten how hard it is to track everything you eat or drink… not just writing it down, since I’ve been doing that… but figuring out exactly how much you ate and what its points value is. Oh, the Weightwatchers.com site makes all that “easy” but nothing makes following weight watchers truly easy.
Thus, I don’t know if I’m mentally drained from this week of counting points on top of tedious tickets or what but it’s been a hard week for exercise. I’ve been doing it, but it’s been quite the mental harassment to make myself do it. And add to the mix that I’m trying to still cook “regular” meals for the guys for dinner at least, and you get one tired Flerly.
Still working on harassing myself into exercising today…. skipped the usual lunch thing because I was just too tired. Took a nap instead. Now I get to squeeze in something during the afternoon without being missed from work. Lucky for me two co-workers are out of town.
Just do it?
