Whoa… diet AND exercise
Weight watchers week one was ever so much easier than I remember it being. Lost four pounds this week, and I seem to recall eating cheesecake bars, Cherry Garcia frozen yogurt, Edy’s Light Samoa girl-scout cookie ice cream, and couldn’t say I feel in the slightest deprived.
Have to say I FEEL a whole lot better, even if I haven’t really lost as much as I’d hoped by now. Weight training certainly affects your feeling of strength quickly. Or perhaps when you suck as bad as I did, it doesn’t take much to improve.
Whatever works! =) Keep moving!
