Bootcamp Day 7

Stiff and sore this morning, and a chronic alarm snoozer, but eventually I’m up and ready for homework.
This morning: 75 lunges, 35 pushups and a 10 minute stretch. But first, a warm-up, 1-mile jog with Leslie Sansone — a new dvd.
Normally, I’d be done by now… damn snooze button.
Update 8:30 am: And done. That 1-mile all jog video is a bitch, and I daresay trying to jog in place with all her kicks and leg swings is harder than a mile on the treadmill.
Oh, and lunges get hard fast… even when you’re watching Harry Potter and trying not to think about how it hurts. Ugh.
Update 11:30pm: So tired. Ate too much. So tired. Forecast, breeezy and 35 in the morning…. feeling like 26. Ouch. Best get to bed.
