Bootcamp Day 10
First off, tired, snoozed too long, stomach hurting, decided to puss out and reschedule today’s class again. Thank goodness for online scheduling at 5 am. Now to go back to bed, and deal with homework later.
Not really sore, just… feeling sickly. I knew this was coming. Was so dizzy yesterday.
Update 7pm: Rescheduled class for a few hours more sleep, so homework instead.
This afternoon, attempted the 20 minute jog and 10 minute stretch. Calves killed me, so spent 25 minutes on the treadmill, trying to jog five minutes then walk and stretch a minute, and repeating. Only managed to get through 3 times, so really just 15 minutes of jogging, then just walked it out the last five. Afterwards, calves are getting sore everytime I sit for a minute or two. Have stretched the hell out of them today, and still have pain. Think I’ll try a hot soak in some epsom salt tonight before bed.
Forecast for tomorrow’s Bootcamp: 47 degrees. At least no wind gusts. Please let us do ab work or something without jogging.
