David Lee Roth and Sammy Hagar are touring this summer as a “former VH frontman” gig. When asked why Gary Cherone wasn’t on the bill, Roth said Cherone was “busy with the vagina monologues”.
Heh.. sorry. Funny to me. Found this in a discussion of whether VH was going to invite Chris Cornell to join now.
Also found out Chris performed at Layne Staley’s funeral. How morbid is it to wonder if anybody recorded it… supposedly it was with Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart and they did “Wild Horses”. Interesting…
