Got caught up with work, so didn't work out until late. Had planned to go to the park, but ended up on the treadmill. Started on Couch-to-5K week 2, and did it on an incline of 1 instead of none, to maybe help me with my “uphill” mental issues. Have to say, week 2 is right where I am. It was a struggle to jog for the length of the interval on this one.
Did my jumping jacks for warmup, stretched, then jogged and stretched again. Still need to do pushups, squats and crunches tonight.
