Tiramisu-Smoothie
What You’ll Need: 3⁄4 c part-skim ricotta cheese, 2 Tbsp reduced-fat yogurt, 1 Tbsp slivered unsalted almonds, 2 tsp chocolate whey- protein powder, 2 tsp ground flaxseed, 1⁄2 tsp finely ground coffee beans, 6 ice cubes
Make It: Chuck everything into a blender. Mix well. Makes 2 servings – Add more ice to thicken
Per Serving: 207 calories, 15 grams (g) protein, 15 g carbohydrates, 10 g fat (5 g saturated), 2 g fiber, 134 milligrams sodium
