Recipe: Lemon Drop Smoothie (Abs Diet)

Lemon Drips and Drops Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop low-fat vanilla ice cream
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 tblspn vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 tblspn sliced almonds
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 3 ice cubes

Directions: Include all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. For extra volume, add more ice.

Reviewer Advice: The ricotta in this is as strange as it sounds. You’ll either love it or never make it again! Perhaps try low-fat cottage cheese?
