Sugar, spice, and everything nice…

Okay, so allow me to say this new Red Hot Chili Peppers cd kicks total ass. =)

Also.. the car is in the shop. Old Navy came thru on the fast purchase and changing into of some non-jean capris (business casual vs. OFFICIAL business casual equals GHEI)..

anyway… Greg’s wife (who’s taking the cake decorating class) I do believe will be keeping us in sweets for a while. She’s done a nice basket of flowers style cake this morning. Greg said she made him a 3-d motorcycle cake for his birthday, which he’s going to bring us pictures of. After two cups of coffee, and fingerful of icing was enough sugar for me, but had to note the latest Marc-ism today, when he asked me if people had finally cut on that cake and were eating it. I said yes, and he raced to the breakroom to get a piece. All this after our long discussion yesterday about him dieting still. K, well, I’m figuring he must be on some no-beef, sugar diet.

Oh well.. work has calmed down, if not me personally. I slept pretty well last night, at least, so that helps a lot. Got the gym all put together with the help of the lovely and talented , who very possibly could have lost an eye if not for her glasses thanks to a particularly stubborn band we had to stretch and fasten into place.

Anyway, work is calm but still steady, so I’d better get back to it.

and since listening to the new RHCP cd has reawakened my addiction for them, I’ve managed to leech all the household bandwidth for a while digging up other RHCP stuff that I loved.

Curse my past of being broke enough that I found it necessary to sell cds that I loved…
