it’s time for a break..

Been working on this freaking Nevada realtor site forever, and I’m basically on the last step.. looking for a good generic Nevada image to use as a splash image on the agent sites…. when I came across this I knew it was time to stop. Personally.. that just screams Nevada, but I’m not too sure how the agents would react.

Anyway, I recruited sKITtums in my quest to diet/work out more. We did a really good (for us) lunch and have plans to play tennis later, pending JT’s werq news. Bellsouth upsets me… they are insane if they want to let JT go, but I have a feeling that there is a lot more slack in other areas where they may be more inclined to lose people. Good severance package or no, looking for a job right now doesn’t seem the best thing to have to do, but I guess I just have faith that things will turn out well. He’s too valuable to lose, and even if they are that dumb, he’s got mad skillz to go on. I guess we’ll know shortly.

I still haven’t sat down to write up that books great revelations. I guess I am still mulling it over. I don’t want to short-change it by summarizing, but in essence it was a book about how our emotions affect us physically, and with my 8 billion regular complaints about work which lead to 8 billion complaints about sinuses, or headaches, or nausea, or insomnia… well, that book was right on target for me.

Well, work is insane still, so I’d better get back to it. Just needed some nice orange/green tea and a ramble break.
