I have to make it a goal like do it in under 30 minutes or something though, cause I don’t think it will be too difficult just to go out and do it. Heck we could just do it today, we would just be slow and sucky. In H.S. we would do a 5K in like 21 minutes but that was tip top shape, so I figure maybe under 30 would be not too bad for old and fat like I am now. What do you think?

first, I don’t think you’re old or fat.
second, I’m all for setting the goal of doing it in decent time, not just walking it, but I guess I’m going to have to try to do the 3.1 miles on the treadmill and see how long it takes me then work from there… 30 minutes you say? We’ll see.
