Did I leave anything out?

Our 5 day a week program
Days 1,3,6
2 sets of 8-12 repetitions:
Jump rope (30 seconds)
Squats
Reverse Lunges
High knees (30 seconds)
Reverse Leg Raises (using step)
Front Arm Raises with hand weights
Lean forward, side arm raises with hand weights
Incline Chest Press machine
Seated arm pull down machine
Crunches with balance ball
Dips using step
Lying bicycle
5 minute warm-up (unless immediately after above)
5 minutes of stretching
45 minutes of cardio
5 minutes cool down
Days 2,4
5 minute warm-up
5 minutes of stretching
35 minutes of cardio
5 minutes cool down
3 sets of 8-12 repetitions:
Abdominal crunch
Days 5,7
Rest

Found this site when looking for diet journals..
http://www.geocities.com/hotsprings/1883/ just thought it was interesting. It’s not a journal you can use, just the journal of a girl who lost 50lbs and how she did it.. her attitude, etc. Kinda coo.
