Okay… blah blah, drove to Orlando, went to Universal Studios, was way cooler than another day in The Village as a prisoner saying “be seeing you” to the folks passing on their golf carts….
BUT well, have not been able to check work email to hear about raise, but lo and behold CAN check bank account to see the deposit. My check is $40 higher. $40 fucking dollars.
I’m so pissed I want to email work and tell them I’m not coming back fucking ever.

$40 dollars??? You are actually taking a pay CUT because the cost of living index for the year will go up more than that…. I’d start looking for a new job!
