Friday Haiku

is this vacation?
i guess so, i’m not at work
sucks to be you, huh?

nah, sucks to be me.
friends went snowboarding Tuesday
and now they are sore

they thought they could go
with me, on Saturday, too
but they are pussies

“ouch! my ass is bruised!
i didn’t want to tell you,
because you would laugh!”

so now here i sit,
waiting for james to drive home
and not go to work

which will still be weird,
since we don’t share days off much,
wonder what we’ll do.

i think i’ll go jog
maybe hit the steam room, too
since there’s time to kill.

any movies start?
maybe something in i-max?
yeah, that could be fun.

and bowling, we’ll go,
he’ll still win, even when sore,
but it is still fun.

bad news today, though
Comstock wants me to train brent
to replace skittles.
