Okay everyone, we have established some new goals for May. Remember, there is always room for improvement, therefore, we must continuously work to raise the bar. Our goals for May are as follows:

New Sites launched – 25
New Site Turn Time – 30 days or less
Abandoned Call Rate – 5% or less
Average Call Wait Time – 2 minutes or less

Good communication and Teamwork are the keys to achieving these goals, so let’s work together and make this a record month to remember. We will be posting these goals throughout the office.

My agenda for May:

– live through it
– prepare retort for when they suggest I reschedule my end of May vacation days
– figure out if me and niece are going to be bacheloretting by ourselves
– starve
– bring ear plugs to work
– shave my head, get tattoo of hair so I don’t have to fuss.
– have brain tumor surgery (since i’ll already have a shaved head)
– work on sense of humor
