another week of drama…
Well, it’s really time to face the music. Either stand up and quit over this, or bend over and take it. All the emails flying back and forth have led to the CEO deciding he needs to meet face to face with myself and the Operations Manager to hash this out… with the comment BY the CEO, “I hired another graphics person to handle the things that come up at Comstock, and am not in favor of employees in Production positions working at home.”
I don’t want to quit. I can’t afford to quit. But I hate being a tool. My only real option is to just swallow, no hell, bury my pride in the litter box, and just do the M-F, 9-5 for the same pay I was making in customer service and at best tell them to fuck off if they ask me to do anything outside those hours. Fuck priority work. They aren’t looking out for me, why should I look out for them.

I say don’t let them give you shit to do on weekends. HEll no!! fuck that!! if they want shit done on time they need to learn to manager better. That’s what managers are paid for. I mean its ont thing if you fucked around all week and thats why its not done, but all the weekends they use to ask you do do stuff on friday night and have it done by monday.. HA! They can’t pay anyone enough for that shit. Not that I want to see you go,but I am sure you could get a nice fat raise at a job closer to home. They pay everyone for shit there and thats why they have crappy programmers and all their shit is broken!
